2. Return Process

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions mentioned above.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased under clearance sales or special discounts may not be eligible for returns/refunds.

  • Perishable, personal care, and hygiene-related items are non-returnable.
