1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, or customized goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process

3. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions mentioned above.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased under clearance sales or special discounts may not be eligible for returns/refunds.
Perishable, personal care, and hygiene-related items are non-returnable.
